We all live in the Mountain West and work full time.

We open GOs for most Korean albums we plan on buying. This helps us with EMS costs, thus why we don't charge anything. We're here to help each other out.

We open Merch GOs for things we plan on buying OR sometimes when requested

FCFS - First come first serve... mostly

FCFS is based on order date AND EMS payment. If you order first but I have to email you three times to have EMS paid, you're getting moved to the end of the list. But if you order first and your payment is within 24 hours of everyone else's, I won't change the order.

We like giving everyone at least one bias - sometimes this overrides FCFS

If we have the option to give someone 2/3 biases instead of 3/3 while someone else gets 1/3 biases instead of 0/3, we take that route.

If we have a GO open longer than 2 weeks (or if we feel it is needed) then we can do a sorting priority form, which will set the priority order and then follow the same rules.

We ship using USPS Media Mail, Ground, or Priority. We can also use UPS when it's more cost effective.

PCs or other small, thin items will be stamped, while larger packages always start around $4.

We add packaging fees (bubble mailers usually) to your DMS fee. This is rarely more than $1.50/package.

We do ship internationally, but please be aware that albums start at $15.
